REFUNDS & CANCELLATION


Our policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange!

If your product is broken or it has any defects, we will exchange it for free.

If the quality is not as expected or if you don't like it or you have changed your mind and no more need the product, we won't be able to issue a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You must get a return number approved by Ohh Bella before item is returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
We don't accept any refund request.

We don't refund shipping costs under no circumstance!

We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the product is as described and if it works properly!

If your item hasn't reached you, but it shows to be delivered, you must contact the carrier and if you can't find the product, we will ship it again.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.We require a photo or a video to prove the issue. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ohhbella.com . You can also choose another product, that is listed at the same price.

Any discounts that were applied to the original order won't be considered.

We don't accept exchanges if wrong size was ordered.

Shipping
If you want to return a product because it's damaged or defective, send us an email at info@ohhbella.com

The item must be unused and it has to be shipped in the original package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancelling an order
If you have placed your order by mistake or you have changed your mind, we will be able to cancel it only in the first 6 hours. If 6 hours have passed, we won't accept the cancellation request.
